Replacing HDMI/Scart Lead cables behind the wall..

Hi all,
Looking for some advice here if possible.
Recently moved and would like to replace a HDMI cable running through my wall + replace 2 scart leads which are currently there with HDMI cables.
Here's a picture of the situation at the minute .. https://imgur.com/a/qMxtcF0
That is in the corner of the room - there is the same exit/entry point behind the TV which I have mounted on the wall.
Ideally, I'm looking to avoid smashing my wall to bits for a few cables.
Thanks in advance :beer::beer:

I think the answer is chrome cast.
thought points below:
The very hard bit is that often much a end connector has to go through all the holes.
that scart plug was a bit of a beast, think you will have to chop the end off to remove the cable.
hopefully the cable is not intertwined with another cable, or catches on a corner or another hole, or joinery, and can be pulled out
before removing the cable wrap a piece of cord securely around it so you can pull a new cable in
hdmi come in a few different flavours, would also be inclined to install them too.
Would also be inclined to install another piece of cord in situe for the future... just in case0 -
Why replace the HDMI?. If the picture shows the current hdmi on the left is there grey trunking above the box? Depending on the width this may make replacement easier. Try sliding the cables up and down a bit to see if they are loose.
I threaded an aerial cable from 5 foot high to floor level behind dot and dab plasterboard by cutting a 3" hole at the halfway height. Using something more solid than cable may have avoided this.
Never used one but this is the tool for the job.
