It takes a while to complete - questions about what your ideal man should look like etc...e.g. does he have eyes like jonny depp and that sort of stuff.

it says in first link half way down to click on survey

You click on the survey, do the survey and at the end it closes the page and takes you back to the original 'woman & home' page where you enter your details. Not sure if it knows you haven't done the survey or not. Not really touch questions though!
