Tethered treat dispensing toy for dogs

I recently bought our 15yr old choc lab one of them maze wobble toys that dispenses treats as it rocks and rolls. Being a lab she is very motivated by food, but being old isn't very flexible and if the toy gets stuck under a shrub or garden chair, she can't get it out again.
So I was wondering if anyone had come across a toy that could be tethered in the garden, but on a fairly long line, that still dispenses treats and is less likely to get stuck under things.
I've found plenty of tethered tugs but she's not into tugging.
Thank you.

Does it need to be tethered in a line or would a static puzzle toy do the job?
I'll see if I can find what they are called but I've seen a DIY puzzle toy that has empty plastic bottles on a wooden frame that acts like a rotisserie. Either leave the lid off the bottles for an easy "game" or put the lid on but cut several holes in the bottles and put the lids on to make it more difficult. The dog has to spin the bottles on the frame to get the treats out.
Otherways of doing food based enrichment could be a cardboard box with some shredded paper, hay/straw, dog toys and treats either left open for the dog to root around in or sealed up with holes cut out for more of a challenge. They are not static but I guess you could tether it but it won't move as much as ball or wobble style toys anyway. Or just randomly hide/scatter treats and food all around the garden in areas your dog can get to easily and just let her out to explore and sniff them out.
ETA: he's a link to the bottle game, it can be modified however you want bottle dog game0 -
Thanks Fosterdog. A static toy would work too and I know the exact ones you are talking about with the bottles. Thanks for the link to building one.
But she likes moving around a bit and picking the toy up, throwing it, rolling it. So I just thought that one that was on a line to keep it out from under shrubs and chairs would work. Might be we have to build our own as I can't find what I'm looking for.If you have nothing constructive to say just move along.0 -
If she throws a tethered toy about she may get tangled in it.0
