Scs letter before claim
Hi guys
I have received a letter before claim from scs, it s for 5 pcn from 2017.
All pcn it was issued about the 3 month after the parking incident, is non POFA It’s ANPR, no windscreen ticket, just the PCN letter (Parking charge notice t! keeper) I've read the lots of f!rum and am looking for a bit more advice .The driver always parked behaind the workplace , three is a parking space for 3 park and this is the back entrance only for the stuff and delivery. Here are no sign, nothing ... are still around 50-70m from AnPR to the back entrace. This anpr car park (and where is instaled !ll sign) is in the right side of the road. From here turn the left drive about 50 m (where the car is parked) in this side on the road is no more sign..
