Enquiries raised about Conservatory

Hi,
We are selling our house and have received a couple of queries about our conservatory.
This is a conservatory that was built by the previous owners, so before 2006.
One question is “the walls are substantially glazed”. What does this mean? The side walls are brick, the front is French doors and windows.
Another question is “there are no drainage facilities in the consavtory (I.e no sink or WC)”. The original outside drainage for the kitchen and washing machine is the conservatory. Does this mean there is, or are they specifically asking about Sinks and WCs?
Thanks in advance for replies.

The answers are yes (I am assuming that your side walls are those shared with neighbours)
And no, you don't have WCs or sinks.
Little bit random but the solicitor seems to be trying to assess that it is a conservatory and isn't an extension.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

Thanks so much for replies.. Also have this question
“That the glazing in critical locations is safety glazing according to BS6206:1981”
Not sure how we would know this. Have looked at the glass, and it says “BSEN 12150 C2” on one of the windows.
Any ideas?0 -
You could either just say "yes", or have a pedantic argument with them about the fact BS6206 was superseded in 2006...Thanks so much for replies.. Also have this question

to be equally pedantic these seem to be statements not questions.
I would put unknown since the answer depends on words they don't define and specialist knowledge you don't have.0 -
Thanks... this is so stressful. The last question is whether it is built over a sewer. I am not sure, there is a manhole to the left of the conservatory, but I found the searches from when we brought the property, and it only shows sewers under the road outside.0

Just tell them what you're telling us. Or lift the phone and discuss with your solicitor. "Don't know" is fine if it's true. If the buyers want to know more they have other ways of finding out.0
