Young Saver to Child Saver (lloyds bank)

i received letter from lloyds saying around 25th July Young Saver account will reduce the interest rate and covert to Child Saver.
It had been more than 1 months, my internet banking still showing Young Saver and no monthly interest paying.
Young saver: No internet banking, interest paid quartely
Child Saver: Internet banking, interest paid monthly.
