I got charged £60 out the blue a month after the concert because I sold tickets I had to cancel as I forgot I put them on Viagogo (my fault) But I had no idea they were taking £60 or when. The guy on the phone said I might be charged about £30 so when £60 came out a month after the concert it was a bit of a shock. Are they doing anything about things like that?Converted comper to MSE.
