I won a "luxury" summer hamper from them a few years ago........took months of chasing them to receive 5 pieces of tat, the picture showed luxury goods with words like Raybans and havianas I got sent their version which was laughable.
They were so rude when being chased up that I took it to the then ISP.#JusticeForGrenfell0 -
Quick update: I received a very apologetic Facebook message from Poundstretcher yesterday to say they had posted my vouchers the day before and sure enough, they turned up this morning, £50's worth yay!.
I feel a bit bad now LOL
