It’s hard to believe how so much time and effort are put into something as trivial as a 19 minute parking stay, lol. You just can’t imagine how much money the government must burn through on this sort of crap day in day out, week in week out.
And thereby hangs a tale ..... Are the jungle drums throughout the court system sending messages to the judges about the timewasting scammers ?
Won't be the last spanking for VCS. Trouble for VCS is they will never know which court/judge anywhere will spank them next0 -
I cited a case heard by District Judge Iyer in my defence. It was Pace v Lengel 2017. He really did drill down into the issues.
