I've had issues with these kind of sites before (I suspect they all use the same account under the hood and just don't tell us). If you try to reset the password from the competition page it refuses to let you, but if you go to the root website and attempt to reset from there it works fine.

Global Radio use the same account details for their stations and when you register you are registering for a Global Radio account (when they brought all the accounts inline several years ago they they did say you would be able to use the same details to log in to their other stations - this can cause problems if a different password has been set on different stations).

Perfect, this is exactly what I needed, now I can actually set LastPass to have those sites as equivalent domains. Should cut out the issues. Cheers.

I have always assumed that it was because I originally opened the tab over 30 minutes ago.
Regardless, refreshing the page usually sorts it for me.
