Homemade sweets that will keep for a long time

Every year for Christmas I make homemade sweets (fudge, toffee, coconut ice etc) for my family and friends. This year though I am not sure if I will have time to do it in December so I was wondering if anyone has any recipes that will keep for around 7-8 weeks so I can get it all made in advance when I have plenty of time.…

Thank you. I made some last night after seeing this. Haven't had them in ages. I have missed them!

Will be a great gift for my mum, who loves them, but I'll have to make another batch as I will have scoffed all of this lot long before Christmas!
