I am on uc and currently suffering from work related stress and am off sick from work. I was told that it is taking six months to send the form out that you need to fill in to determine what category you are placed in (after I wca I assume). I asked for it months ago and I am still waiting on the form to be sent to me.

If the GP is willing to write a fit note they can switch job seeking requirements off and they have done this for me. I still need to attend the job centre once a month and see a work coach.

I'm not sure that having anxiety and depression would automatically place someone in a limited category for work. I had a wca assessment 8 years ago and I scored zero points. I was covered by a fit note then.

What I am trying to say is that even if your daughter was placed in the all work category. As long as her gp is willing to write her fit notes the work coach should switch job seeking requirements off.

You might like to read this link about not receiving a form:

and then put a note in your journal to ask if a referral has been made and to send the appropriate form.

I will do. I had no journal when I asked for the form. I was a live claimant and did it through the service centre. They said it could take six months.
