My daughters car; reading online it may be an electric type power steering fault.
Fan belt looks ok, hydrolicfluid looks ok; not sure which fuse to check.
Is there a method of what to check next?

It did turn out to be a fuse, in the engine compartment; I had to disconect the battery and remove a few wires.
