Hi I'm looking for a theme park within a few hours' drive of Bristol that has a mixture of big and medium rides.
I've been looking at Thorpe Park, Alton Towers etc but they all seem to have either really big thrill rides or rides for kids.
Any theme parks with lots of inbetween rides? Thanks

Crealy sounds exactly what your looking for. Not too far from you either.0

Thanks but I was looking for something with slightly bigger rides but not too big! I like the look of the Wicker Man ride at Alton Towers, so something similar to that.0

Alton Towers is a long way from you isn't it?
Recently I've done
Paultons (Hampshire)
Drayton Manor (Birmingham)
Chessington
Lego land
All good for you. Alton and Thorpe are geared more for thrill seekers imo.0 -
What about Oakwood near Tenby?0

Reviews for Oakwood aren't very good0

Lego land is aimed at 3-12 year olds. Paultoms park probably the same, they only have a few faster rollercoasters but they have more in between the toddler and thrill seekers than alton towers do now in my opinion.
Alton towers have two rollercoasters you have to be 1.2m for, wicker man was one and the other big ones need taller and are more for teens or adults. They have a few rides in between those and the little kids rides but not many.0 -
I found the links below interesting. I'd guess that Paulton Park would be meet your criteria but you'd need to check the list of rides. Or Drayton Manor. Outside of the Peppa Pig (Or Thomasland) section there were lots of rides for older children however I'm not sure if they had something as good as Wickerman. Something like that costs a fortune and takes years to arrange so only the big Merlin parks tend to do those showstoppers.
