£365 p/m on a 4 yr old car with 52K on the clock, you probably could have had a new one for that.
Not at the kind of mileage the OP's covering - 28k in less than a year?

28k and handing it back, we'd all be doing it if it was that easy.

  • I just want to state that I did tell the salesman I would be doing around 20,000 per year however my agreement is only 16,000 per year as he said the car can’t be above 100,000 at the end of the agreement (it’s just under 3 year agreement) however he said if I was going to keep the car at the end it wouldn’t matter about the miles anyway. I don’t even want to hand the car back as I’m still in love with the car itself but I’m at a point where the dealer isn’t willing to cooperate and fix the car leaving me paying for a broken car..

Verityboo - it’s a 13 plate, bought it last August on 52,000 it’s now today on 80,000, any advice would be appreciated :D

Think about getting those headlights fixed - it'll be getting dark around 7PM by the end of the month, stay out later and the Evoque will turn into a pumpkin.

That's the way it should be though.

It's down to you to fix your car, not them.
