I've been with Sky for landline and broadband for a year and 5 months and received a letter this weekend saying someone was moving to my address and the services would be cut this month, I'm not moving and this was strange so I just called them to query it and they have said they have made a note of this and my services won't be cancelled.
I have been paying £38.99 a month and the person I spoke to said he could offer a discount so I will now be paying £23.00 a month (plus a one off admin fee of £2.50), with a new 12 month contract.
So that is a bit of a result!
Just a tip incase anyone wants to call Sky and see if they offer you a discount out of the blue!
