No credit report on Noddle

I've been trying to sort out my credit reports since getting married in 2016, as we want to apply for a mortgage soon. My problem is that when I signed up to Noddle to check my report there, it came up with a message to say they can't show me my credit report as I don't have enough credit history to populate one.
Can this really be correct? I'm 34 and have had a mobile contract for years, credit card for a few months, and a current account for decades! I've always been on the electoral roll, and Experian and Equifax both have reports for me (although there are issues with them not showing my current account).

It could very much be correct.
You appear to have a fairly thin file, and the few credit providers you have may not report to Call Credit.
Your bank account may well be too old to report to anyone.0 -
Would my bank account not be relevant if I have an overdraft? (sorry, should've added this in my original post!)
Also, Callcredit statutory report is coming up fine, but not showing my current account.0 -
It's only relevant if the terms of your account allow for CRA reporting.0

Not every bank reports to every CRA - so you might have a thin file because of this. I would contact the CRA directly (TransUnion, formerly CallCredit), and request your statutory report - they are obliged to give you this information, and they should request identification to match you to your file if they are unable to do so automatically.
Once this has been sorted, you should be able to sign up for the free report monitoring through Noddle.0 -
