Various building work - quote

Hello

We are looking to get the below done in our house.
1. Remove a load bearing wall to make a through lounge.
2. Our back reception room has no wall between the room and kitchen so put a stud wall in.
3. Remove 2 chimney breast all the way up to the loft.

We have been quoted £3000 for all of the above. This includes material as well.

Does this sound about right?

It doesn't sound enough.

Have you already consulted a structural engineer and does this quote include the Building Control application or are you paying it separatel?

Do notnuse anyone who thinks they can smash your house up without following the proper procedures.
