Anyone of a similar size you could borrow one from?
Only you know how important this funeral is to you and how uncomfortable you would feel wearing one of your old suits . I would be inclined to use a belt, wear t-shirt under the shirt to add bulk and try and make do .
But, as someone said do you have many friends and relatives who are likely to need 'sending off' in the near future? It could be a good investment to find a smart outfit.Decluttering, 20 mins / day Jan 2024 2/20 -
If one near you, look in Asda, they sell suit jacket & trousers separate, thin material etc and jacket pockets are show only not functional, but OK for weddings & funerals once a year turn out
