Hi,
I am renting a flat from a Letting Agent & on a Periodic Tenancy, I plan to move out in the next few months, when I write the notice to quit would I put the Letting Agent as Landlord or the owner of the property who is listed in the tenancy?
Thanks.

You write to the landlord. As named on the tenancy agreement. The agent is just.... his agent.
The address "for serving notices" on the landlord will (should) be on the tenancy agreement. It may (or may not) be c/o the agent.
Make sure you serve the correct notice - do you have a CPT or a SPT? See

Thanks G__M, I have a Statutory Periodic Tenancy (SPT) .0

Then a full tenancy period notice (month if rent is monthly) expiring on the last day of the period.0

I don't think it would hurt to cc a copy to the agent. It could avoid hassle in the landlord had moved house for example.0
