How long did it take them to send your cheque, after you got the letter advising you of the payout?

The two letters overlapped. I got one basically saying that despite my previous complaint being denied that they would re-examine under Plevin, and asking for a bank account to which they would pay any refund, but then the full letter with a cheque. I submitted the compliant via resolver on 21/08/18. So 2 and a half weeks end to end.

I got my cheque today - after only 6 days. Well pleased!
