    You have what you want, I wouldn't bother contacting the dealer at all.

    Don’t even do that. Keep your car, don’t return his calls/emails. Just get on with your life. Why go and have a stressful conversation with the guy?

    If he’s persistent block his number, classify his emails as spam so you won’t see them and be stressed and just never go back there.

    As stated above, his ‘legal advice’ isn’t worth anything so don’t worry about that.
