RBS Claiming bank account fees

I have paid for a bank account with RBS for a number of years which I feel was misold, I have submitted the claim already and RBS claims department are phoning me in a few days regarding this, I gave every significant piece of information when I made the claim, does anyone have previous experience of what this phone call will entail?

You are making an allegation of wrongdoing. If there isnt enough in the information you supplied them up front then they usually follow it up with a phone call to ask you about what was said, who said it etc and run through the benefits to see which you say you were not eligible for.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
