With this lot it's beginning to sound like a bad Inspector Clouseau movie .... they have a buuump on the head ?

So what if you got help from the internet ? Someone has to help you protect yourself against these scammers.

This robo claim firm can hardly complain about copy and paste

They are relying on the Supreme court / Beavis case. Is that right, when that case has nothing to do with you. BUT, if they so wish to rely on that case they had better take notice of the full ruling.
    The Supreme court said ...

    198. ''...The charge has to be and is set at a level which enables the managers to recover the costs of operating the scheme...''

Gladstones ignore this hence ABUSE OF PROCESS

Alder V Moore (1961), It seems this has no bearing on you and is well before POFA2012

Same as in all Gs cases. It's a template WS with the same old stuff said.

Please read other threads that have demolished that template WS already as this was always here for you to read, even before you saw it.

So court day is tomorrow morning.

I feel way out of depth at this moment. I am putting together a case file tonight and a copy for the judge tomorrow.

Quite nervous and not sure what I will be saying when they summon me, it's going to be an experience.

Any last minute tips would be much appreciated!!

What exactly is this? Have you submitted your Witness Statement to the court and the claimant's solicitors (usually 14 days before the hearing)?
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

    Yep everything has been submitted.
It's just going to include my witness statement, defence and other documents I'm relying on which have been supplied.

Exactly like your LINK case, and I posted some tips, but they have a plan of action and you can too. Take what I say there to take, along with your full file of course.
