Unfairly treated as a tenant, do I have rights?

You pay rent to your boyfriend.
He shares the property with you.
He is your landlord and you are his lodger.
Your boyfriend/landlord has asked/told you to leave.
His reasons for doing so (eg mother's instructions?) are irrelevant - as a lodger you have minimal rights.
As there is no agreed notice period (either written or verbal) notice must be 'reasonable'. After that you can be kicked out and the locks changed.0 -

This is straight forward. Leave. It makes no difference what your status is. There is no deposit to be returned. In fact not sure what the query actually is except to tell us that the landlady and/or her son/daughter are robbing the tax man/VAT man, stealing electricity or whatever, we can just make it up
A slightly complicated story of living with a partner and having no paperwork even though paying rent. Lesson here methinks. Don't do it again. Even if you live with a lover, sister or bff, get the paperwork in joint names and do every thing properly to protect yourself.

We are only moving out because she kicked me out. Not necessarily out of choice.I have mentioned were moving out.
I'm only looking for a tenant/landlord perspective on this. She is nothing more to me as far as I'm concerned.
