Viagogo help!

Without realising the reputation Viagogo has I purchased tickets to an event. When I had confirmation and saw I didn’t have any seat reservations I panicked and resold the tickets on the viagogo website. The money from this sale is meant to be paid 8 business days after the event. I am still waiting for the money!!! Does anyone have any advice? I’ve tried to log in and my account has been deactivated for some reason. I’ve emailed them and they’ve been no help. I’ve called and there are no options that fit my query and if I hold the line I’m told to go online. There’s no option to actually talk to anyone in customer service. Many thanks to you all if you have any advice/been through something similar.
