i also have been unable to access PTS since Monday i am with Virgin Media Broadband and I am unable to access some other websites too keeps saying
The page cannot be displayed

Hi Jules,

This is what Gizmos told me to do;

Go to Tools, Internet Options, Connections Tab, Lan Settings and underneath there you will have Proxy Server at the bottom, tick the box next to it and in the box enter
webcache.blueyonder.co.uk and then under port enter 8080

It worked for me!

I'm on Virgin meadia and can connect, not had a problem at all this week.
