    Hi Jules,

    This is what Gizmos told me to do;

    Go to Tools, Internet Options, Connections Tab, Lan Settings and underneath there you will have Proxy Server at the bottom, tick the box next to it and in the box enter
    webcache.blueyonder.co.uk and then under port enter 8080

    It worked for me!

    I have been unable to access PTS since Monday. I believe the problems are with Virgin Media Broadband as I am unable to access some other websites too, and the ones I can get on are slow.:confused:

    Can't believe this is happening when all the new offers and coupons might be about! I am having withdrawal symptoms so if some kind PTSer can help me with the following it would be appreciated!

    Could you ask on the forum if anyone on PTS is using Virgin Broadband to connect? Please:A

    TIA (Wondergirly from PTS)

    I'm on Virgin meadia and can connect, not had a problem at all this week.
