* Any PTS members around? *

I've been trying to get on the site for the last 3 days, but just cannot access any forums or my pm's :(

Can someone thank Cookiemonster for the sainsburys coupons I received this morning please?!!

I hope I can get back on soon, I'm getting serious withdrawal symptoms!

Thank you! Yes, I can get on to the initial page, but then nothing else will load, although the address at the top will change :(

    Thanks again.

You're very welcome, the withdrawal symtoms must be awful.

Have you tried logging in and the clicking on a PTS link to see if it over-rides the problem?

I have been unable to access PTS since Monday. I believe the problems are with Virgin Media Broadband as I am unable to access some other websites too, and the ones I can get on are slow.

Can't believe this is happening when all the new offers and coupons might be about! I am having withdrawal symptoms so if some kind PTSer can help me with the following it would be appreciated!

Could you ask on the forum if anyone on PTS is using Virgin Broadband to connect? Please:A

    TIA (Wondergirly from PTS)

Hi Im using Virgin broadband and i can connect to PTS alright. Generally though im having nothing but trouble with the broadband keep going down in my area. If you ring 0800 561 0061 and press 1 for internet it will tell you if there is a problem in your area with the broadband (Its their free of charge number so its worth ringing this one before the help line number which they charge you for)

I just went on PTS and got pop-up after pop-up ad even with popup blocker on. Is there some kind of problem over there?

Gizmos has now helped me get into the PTS forum:T

Don't know how long it will last, but Virgin are having problems all over the place!
