Windows Media Player - Media Usage Rights Acquisition

Hi all,
I have recently purchased a new lap top with Vista as the OS. I subsribe monthly to a football club so that I can watch live stream matches weekly. However when I now go to play the match, WMP opens and then text at the bottom says downloading media usage rights.
A new window(media usage rights acquisition) then pops up with the football clubs user name and password log on screen. When I log in, it tells me that it is successful and after 15 secs I should close the window and press play on the WMP.
However when I do so it takes me back to the log on screen which I filled in again and I got the same message. I cannot get it to work no matter what, it just continues to loop back to the log on window.
Can anyone shed some light on the situation
Thanks again guys
Sam
