Hi,
I'm about to rent a flat and Experian sent me a form with questions to answer as part of the tenant referencing process.
What surprises me is that they only asked me information about my previous addressed and court convictions. They didn't ask me about my income, occupation etc.
Is this normal? This surprises me a lot especially considering they told me it could take up to a week. This seems very slow for a simply address and credit check.
