Can i stop bidders with nil/low feedback

Hiya
I been messed around twice with people winning my auction then making up stupid excuses and not paying its driving me mad.

Was wondering if i can stop bidders with no feedback and those that have low feedback bidding on my auction.
If so how do i do it.
many thanks

You can only stop low feedback bidders if they have no credit card on file (it's a good block to have, I use it... but I don't worry about low bidder, I worry about scammers)

    It's the last option here:

in preferences i have set my buyer requirements to:

    Block buyers who: s.gif

Are registered in countries to which I don't post
Have a feedback score of -1 or lower
Are currently winning or have bought 5 of my items in the last 10 days
Have received 2 Unpaid Item strikes in the last 30 days
Have a feedback score of 0 or lower and no credit card on file

after posting the above recently, it would seem that a lot of people on here also set theirs to the same.

unfortunately still have between 3-6 buyers in the last 2 weeks who will not be paying, which is very unusual for me and also unusual because apart from one buyer with 1 feedback the others have feedback scores of around 20, 30, 40, 120 and 170 feedback and all at 100%

I'm never sure about this one, I often don't care if someone wants to buy everything I have

if someone wants to buy everything i have then pay for it all then great, but i would be very surprised if someone did want to since i sell lots of different things that would not all appeal to the same person.

putting this block on prevents someone you may have upset in the past from auction wrecking (buying all your items and not paying)

i had a past buyer use an alternative ebay id to buy a laptop from me on buy it now and then not pay. the reason they did this was because their original paypal payment was reversed due to fraud and i requested payment by another method, they refused so i started a NPB and left negative feedback as they had the item and i ended up with no payment.

for certain items and/or of a certain value, i ask that all low/neg FB or newbies, contact me first or their bids will not be accepted. i also insist on a PO or bank transfer from them.
all regular proper ebayers can pay via normal methods.
    Get some gorm.
