Rules

Prize Draw closes for entries via post at 5:00 pm on Thursday 11 October 2018.

The prize is time sensitive and the winner will be contacted on or after the close date and will be called in accordance with Clause 5.3 of the ITV General Competition, Vote and Poll Terms.

The Campervan also includes twelve (12) months’ road tax, £30 worth of fuel, first registration fee and number plates. The Prize Provider will use reasonable efforts to deliver the Campervan to the winner’s home address within three (3) months of receipt of all correct and valid documentation from the winner. Such documentation includes without limitation a valid insurance cover note to register the Campervan and current driver’s licence (as required for this vehicle), current and valid photo ID such as a UK passport and proof of address.

The winner is responsible for insuring the Campervan and all other costs associated with taking up the Campervan. The winner may choose to register the Campervan in another person’s name subject to receipt of correct and valid documentation for that person.

X Factor 2018 Final Tickets, including travel and accommodation
This element of the prize consists of four (4) tickets for the winner and three companions to attend The X Factor Final at The SSE Arena, Wembley, London on Saturday 1 December 2018. It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that they and their companions are available to take the prize on the relevant date.

This element of the prize also includes hotel accommodation for one (1) night, on Saturday 1 December 2018 at a 4 star hotel for 4 people near The SSE Arena, Wembley, London based on two twin/double rooms or one family room. This includes a buffet breakfast for four people.Please note that the winner will need a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes.

This element of the prize also includes travel by public transport from a UK mainland station or airport near to the winner’s home address to a mainline London station or airport on Saturday 1 December 2018, returning on Sunday 2 December 2018, up to a maximum value of £75 per person. The travel will be arranged and booked for the winner by the Prize Provider.
