Ryanair and EMA parking

It's not actually Overseas but it is part of an Overseas trip which I think justifies posting here.
Does anyone knew when Ryanair send information about a parking booking at East Midland Airport? I've had a work trip to Riga booked by our corporate travel agent for the last week of September, I've gone into the booking and added (and paid for) parking but I didn't realise that the contact email address was the travel agency. I've now updated it to my own address, and the travel agency say they haven't received anything yet, but I just wanted to make sure that it hasn't gone missing.

I am travelling with ryanair tomorrow and booked parking through them at stansted. i dont have anything other than confirmation that I have paid.
Not sure what happems when i get to the car park as i dont recall giving them my reg no

I hadn’t remembered I had anything but thanks to your post it made me look.
I have confirmation with the car park and my reg no, dates etc. It must have come through instantly .

Work backwards if it makes sense. Google ryanair East Midlands parking and you hopefully will find who they use. Then hopefully it’s done by your flight number and then check the details
It’s what I had to do with transfers as I didn’t get them through til late and was panicking a bit but hopefully it makes sense and works:T:T :beer: :beer::beer::beer: to the lil one:beer::beer::beer:

Thanks very much for that, it's extremely helpful and hopefully they can send me the missing email.
Update: The email address that Ryanair provide doesn't work, and calling ends up with a request to leave a message for them to call you back. However, there is a Manchester Airports Group live chat facility, and they were able to locate my booking and send me the confirmation email, so all is well now.0
