TSB crashes to the bottom of our customer service poll - MSE News

They shouldn't need to self-flagellate - if service issues are material then the shareholders should take the opportunity to hold them to account for such failings. All those banks or other companies who always apologise about there failings with insincerity should be made to self flagellate at thier annual stockholders meeting.
Should be in full view of the shareholders.
That should focus the minds of the board.
Perhaps this is what you have in mind by bank stocks?

I picked them to self flagellate because it would physically HURT just as thier !!!!-ups hurt people.
Stocks are to easy for them. A smirk and a towel, doesn't compare. The more I live, the more I learn.
The more I learn, the more I grow.
The more I grow, the more I see.
The more I see, the more I know.
The more I know, the more I see,
How little I know.!!

Still having problems with their website, trying to log in today to skim my interest. The system did not recognise my log in details had to keep repeating. I am still awaiting my certificate of interest statements, despite ringing them weeks ago. When I rang them again today, the advisor said that they had a lot of calls in June and July regarding certificates of interests. Obviously didn't spur them to send them out. He said something about some people not needing them. Well why not have something on their website for customer to tick. It will take 5 working days for the certificate to arrive. Still unable to apply for most new accounts. I never saw any poll about TSB etc."Look after your pennies and your pounds will look after themselves"0

The website is faulty for me too. It crashed midway through a transaction after I finally logged in on attempt 5. It won't let me log in again and I can't log into the app.
I had the same fight over the certificates of interest. Eventually I asked the branch to staff to request them and get them sent to branch. It still took four weeks and numerous phonecalls by the branch to head office to get it sorted out. I really like the branch staff. If it wasn't for them I would ditch TSB. Even when it is working the website is poor.0 -
Creamed off interest this morning ok but site has died now, put in user name and password - screen goes dark and ............. eventually incorrect user id or password. What makes the whole debacle even worse is that they do not seem to acknowledge that they still have serious ongoing problems and are putting on a business as usual face.0
