Washer/Dryer decided to stop working on Thursday so rang them Thursday aftenoon to arrange a callout. Wasn't expecting to be offered Friday so sudden panic with sorting out time off work but they offered to call us as soon as the engineer was on his way to our house. Yeah right I thought! However, we were just on our way to work Friday morning when the engineer called to say he was on his way.
I know service plans get bad press but we only paid £60 for five years and can't fault the service they've given us so far.
