You seem to be under the impression that this is a reasonable company you have come up against.

I urge you to look at this video and see what our Members of Parliament recently had to say about these companies:

But of course there is also no money in getting the TOC to take the matter to the Magistrates Court as they wouldn't see a penny of any fine. So they are left to basically falsely represent hemselves in the hope of getting payment.

Yep and they only have a contract to issue pre-action letters. Nothing beyond that.

unsurprisingly ZZPS have failed to respond to any of the letters I have sent them and the last letter I ensured that I had the free guaranteed postage[/FONT]

So today I parked at the train station near me to take a train into London. I paid for the parking on my phone and it was all approved. Due to there being absolutely no parking spaces in the car park I had to park on the end of the bays. Other people had done this so I thought nothing of it. When I come back to my car I had a parking ticket on my window.

It says I have breached code 3 - parked in an unauthorised area. The charge is £100 or £60 if paid within 14 days.

Do I have to pay this parking fine? I paid for my ticket but it wasn’t my fault that there was nowhere to park on the car park!!
