Switching EDF to EDF (Cheap Energy Club)

Options
My contract with EDF is up at the end of the month. I've used the Cheap Energy Club switching tool which allowed me to switch to EDF (my existing supplier) for a better deal. This was over two weeks ago but I haven't heard anything. Is this likely to go pear shaped for me? TIA ;-)

I did the same, afaik its fine and the cash back should pay out too. Theres 14 day cooling period after that I believe they start completing switch in the following weeks.

You can always go on EDF site and talk to live chat, they are pretty quick with low queues most times in the day.
  • I also changed EDF tariff via cheapenergyclub more than 2 weeks ago but have heard nothing. When I contacted EDF they claimed to have heard nothing of either the tariff nor my application, so things are not looking good currently.

Now waiting to hear back from Cheapenergyclub.
