Leaking tap gland

Hi,
I have a leaking tap and tried to change the washer. I removed the tap gland and unfortunately it has a screw at the bottom that has corroded, so when I tried to unscrew it, it just disintegrated.
So I decided to buy a new one, but I can't find one anywhere. It looks the same as the one below, but mine is 3/4 inch.

If anyone knows where to get one or has any good ideas, it will be much appreciated.

Tap revivers often have to accommodate a few different designs and come with bit to accommodate non standard taps hence the extra bits0
