Egg Credit Card and PPI - Need T&Cs

Hello...

I had an Egg credit card for years and know I paid some hefty sums in PPI payments. I cannot exactly recall though if I opted-in.

I do recall one time reading the terms and conditions for Egg's PPI and noted that to qualify you had to be a UK tax payer. At the time, I was a UK resident but paying income tax in another country. That changed in 2006.

If this is the case than I was mis-sold PPI. But I cannot find a copy of the Egg PPI T&Cs anywhere. Does anyone have a copy they could share... or point me in the right direction?
