Just received my first payment from a new micro-job app called EasyShift which I can now recommend. The task was pretty involved (photographing the entire laundry and personal care aisles in a supermarket) and the app is not as user friendly as some of the others (although it does have a great community page where you can interact with other Shifters), but I did get £6 for about 15 minutes work.

Including this payment I have racked up around £35 from micro jobs over the last 3 days, plus around £7 on JobSpotter, all without really going out of my way. :)

Glad to hear others are doing well too, can't wait to hear everyone's final results!
  • 4p through from Topcashback, putting me on £29.67, 33p short of my target. I've got £2.75 cashback on its way to my bank but it will probably be next month now, but I'm happy, we had a week away and a very busy week at work before that and I'm still playing catch up at work so haven't really been able to get my head round any cash-making things other than daily clicks, so back to it properly next month!:)
  • Good news and bad on the Groupon front - I've just booked a hotel after looking for a good deal for ages, and I saw a 24 hour promotion on Topcashback of 25% cashback on Groupon, so I went for the hotel I'd be thinking about and £17.25 cashback has tracked :j:j

On the negative front, I bought a groupon for a hotel for my OH's birthday, first time I'd ever used groupon and I didn't read the small print and it expired at the end of June  - Groupon won't refund but does anyone know if the hotel might take it anyway and just charge us any extra? I paid £129 for the weekend so I'm really fed up :( I know it's my fault but after buying it, he was diagnosed with coronary heart disease and has since had 3 stents fitted so this was the last thing on my mind :(:()
  • Hi everyone. I'm adding £6 from coupons, £1.17 Qmee and 50p bank reward I'd forgotten about. Total now £127.66/£150.
  • Evening everyone didn't make any money yesterday hence no reply however I have roughly made about £16.99 today I am awaiting some free bets before final figure can be confirmed, I am now only £13 from reaching my target for this month :j

    Mortgage Amount Outstanding £116,682.20
    2025 Mortgage-Free Wannabes #49 £1401.29/£1,250 (104.74%/100.00%)
  • Got another bit of leftover currency at £4.77 this week, so running total is £146.39.

I have another couple of bits that might come in yet, but I may not make the £200 target. Still, not a bad effort!
    Debt Free - October 2022
  • £2.75 cashback has hit my account, so that makes £32.42 this month so I've exceeded my target :j:j

We've had to go into our overdraft so I can't transfer it to a credit card as they're at 0% and the overdraft interest is higher (about 19% I think) so doesn't feel quite as useful as normal, but it's still reducing a debt :j
