complaining about the energy Ombusman

Hi I have had a complaint with an Energy company since February 2018, took my case to the Ombudsman in April 2018 and it is STILL not resolved. They are now taking me around in circles and basically tell me how long is a piece of string in getting my complaint resolved. The original conclusion about my case was correct but the Energy company has not done it so my case has been opened and closed several time. I then complained to their customer relations department, wo said if I was still unhappy to complain to the customer relations department which I have already done. They offered me compensation and wanted me to close the case without the complaint being resolved. So I want to know who do I complain to about the Ombudsman service as they seem to be a law to their own. I am owed around £300.00 with the compensation and not got a penny so far.
