PCN appeal won - can I now fine the council
Years ago I won an PCN appeal at ombudsman stage and made a claim for council to pay ME money as they acted badly. There was certain wording for their behaviour that allowed me to do this.
I now am in the same boat - won another appeal at ombudsman stage and don't feel the council should have allowed it to have got that far and wanted to bill them to compensate me. Can this still be done as I don't find anything to suggest it can still be done.
THANKS

An individual has no legal authority to "fine" anyone.
Pepipoo or the correct subform here might be able to help you submit an application for any legitimate costs though but it is futile to discuss parking matters here.0
