Scenic trip from london

Hi

i am looking for some areas of natural beauty near london, i don't mind driving for about 1-2 hours so anything around 110 miles is fine.

i was looking at new forest or north wessex downs but would like something that's an easy hike and a little hilly, would like somewhere to see nice sunset to get some good pics

thinking of doing two day trips from london as some aren't free on both days.

peak district was a plan but a little far and would need overnight stay

thinking of cranbourne chase and new forest

How about North Downs and Boxhill? Hilly with nice views and much nearer to London. Which side of London do you live in? That can make a big difference to travel times.

Stourhead is lovely. You could combine it with a visit to Avebury maybe on the way back.

How about the Colne River and River Stour Valleys. There is an area of outstanding natural beauty near me between Sudbury, Colchester and Ipswich.
