Hello!
Long story short I was under a DMP till recently, i am in the middle of trying to repair my credit file not that it will help me in anyway but moreso for my own peace of mind that ive done everything i can.
Anyway, I checked my credit report and noted that marbles and aqua were still on my file, they had placed incorrect entries on to my file so I sent them an email on monday and they called me today to apologise. They sold my debt on some time ago (2017) and they seemed really apologetic and said it would be rectified within the week.
Success!! He said that both records would be removed so fingers crossed it bumps my poor little credit rating up a notch! Now to tackle the others .....

Well done, always good when companies put they hand up and try to resolve asap. Which credit report are you obtaining? Might be worth getting all three, just to make sure, its reflected across them all, as well as other potential problems.0

Basically they placed late payment markers, then stopped reporting for over a year. They sold the debts to Cabot and they should have placed a default marker on my file over a year ago. When the debt was sold the debt with them had ceased - essentially by their non reporting it wasnt showing when the debts would fall off my file, ive had markers placed by Cabot also so showing 4 entries when only two would have sufficed. I hope that makes sense - long day at work!0 -
They would mark the account as defaulted.
When the collection agency picks it up they will also mark the account as defaulted but with the start date from the original debtor.0
