Days 1 and 2 complete for me - roast cauliflower, some salad bits, chicken and pomegranate seeds for both days; tend to stick to things a little bit better if I prep a couple of days in a go to compensate for some of my busier evenings/later nights. Just need to prep for tomorrow and Thursday now!0

            Evening Everyone!
I didn't get chance to post yesterday but I had cottage cheese, crispbread and salad and today was pasta salad. I was out and about with work this afternoon and was hungry, I resisted the shops and had a yogurt when I got back instead!
That's 3/16 days done. Tomorrow is lunch at the caf!, I'll get the cheapest thing on the menu which is Jacket pot and beans for £1.25, so still feel a bit money saving!0
