I have had that before, but it seemed to happen when I opened several pages in tabs and then clicked through quickly opening the parcels, but not closing the tabs after opening a parcel and moving on to the next (if that makes sense!). I found fully closing the tab seemed to fix it for me. This was during the last hummingbird-fest though and they seem to have problems keeping people logged in this time so it might be different now!
