Thanks for the tip, I actually normally do Pilates 3-4 times a week but haven’t been able to do my regular routine while my shoulder is still aching... I keep trying tho. The guy I spoke to this morning said it can take up to 6 months if I go through my legal cover.
If you have legal cover then you have nothing to lose by using it and getting an unbiased opinion on whether the offer is a fair one.0
