I can enter the Cheddars competition OK and I'm using the correct format for the message anybody able to enter OK?

I've sent them a message to see if there is a problem

I've phoned them, and they have reset something and apologised for the problem.
I have just resent using CAFFELATTE and got the correct acknowledgement.
