    Morning all,

Glad to see that normal service has now been resumed TA lets just hope that they back it up by making sure he has the fortisips, guess the moral of the story is just don’t dare to be sick over a BH, it’s scary really isn’t it :(

Not much else to report, Lu has the farrier this morning, he’s a cheerful chap and we always have a good natter about.....football actually, he gets bored talking about horses :D

Other than that, not much else planned, have a good day folks x

  • Morning ((((((((((hugs)))))))))) if you need one.

So glad to read that Mrs TA had a result yesterday, it does sound as if the staff were agency nurses. We did not eploy them very often when I was nursing but usually found the ward maids did more then they did.

Another night of OH coughing, awake for 2 hours........hey ho. Of course he was fast asleep!! Have resorted to cough mixture this morning. If that does not work I am going to sleep in the back bedroom come what may.

Nipped up to the post office this morning whilst the CA was here, had a letter to post, so was sure OH was going to be ok. Tomorrow its Aldi day so I will give him his breakfast and then shoot off into Melton. I need to fill the car up too. Diesel is getting low.

I am hoping to get a bit more done at the quilt today, really want to get it finished now out of the way.

Bacon frittata and salad for supper. I had to freeze a bag full of tomato's yesterday, no way we could eat them all. Need to put a loaf on and slo doe strawberries in jelly, so better go and get on.

The sun is trying to break through, need to get OH out shortly for his walk round the square. After lunch I will walk him down to the corner of the lane and back round the square.

The sun is out :j. Thank you for sending some my way :T.
The injection went well, only 10 mins late....... mind you we were the only ones there !!

I am going to town in a minute to fill Mr Fix It's script and visit F foods for some of their buttery spread as it's the only one that doesn't seem to have an adverse effect on my stomach.

This afternoon I must colour my hair and mow the lawns, hope I don't get mixed up . I will also make a cottage pie with a cheesy thatch, so that's tea sorted.

Mr Fix It is gaming with DGS so I shall have to be the bad guy and tell them playtime is over :rotfl: otherwise we'll never get out to town !!

Hope everyone has a good Wednesday, especially the TA's
    Hugs to all

    Morning,

Sorry for not posting yesterday but I took a tablet the other night which I take occasionally for my fibromyalgia and it knocks me out for hours. Even today I feel dopey!

Not much planned for today. I was going to visit mum and dad but made it tomorrow as I started with earache and sore throat during the night and want to see if it goes away. Having fibromyalgia I find that I have random sore throat, ear ache that come and go without getting worse, very strange.

I need to do a m & s online order for DH as he is very low on socks, I have no idea where they have all disappeared to?!

Apart from this, it is a day of pottering. I was going to mow the lawn but it seems a bit damp at the moment.

    Take care all.

    Evening all.

My unplanned was perfect! I got a washing load out on the line and dry before a very short shower. I also did a heavy prune of the acer and hydrangea which gave me loads of foliage to move. Now I can see the end of the garden and the bird feeding station.

I filled in my time with emails and reading.

I hope everyone had a peaceful day.
  • Nelski I have my old fella, beauty being in the eye of the beholder. There is something of the night about him, and I quote.

Actually I shouldn't refer go him as old, since he's a bit younger than me.

I am so tired but trying go stay awake. Failing miserably, I'll give in soon.
I was jumping to conclusions and one of them jumped back

Evening chums this holiday is almost over and we are booked into a nice pub/restaraunt for tomorow night at Niton

Fishing was cancelled again today as the skippers gear box had problems, mind you I wasn't sorry as DD's finger was really hurting her today, so I was glad in a way she wasn't going to be clambering around a rocky boat with fishing hooks in her hands.

So instead we went to the Monkey Sanctuary, and Owl Reserve then home for a quick lunch.Popped into the crematorium on the way back with some flowers for my late -in-laws as we always like to go there in the holidays to remember them,

This afternoon we went to Freshwater, and it was gorgeous, 21c light breeze and clear blue skies. The dogs went on the dog part of the beach, and the boys went crabbing in the rock pools. The sea was so clean and clear and tomorrow if alls well we will go again as the boys fancy a swim.

DD can't go in sadly, as she has to keep her bandages and finger dry, but we will take some chairs, and a flask and a picnic and enjoy watching the folk on the beach and the boats there.

No cooking or washing up tomorrow night as its our last night as we are home on Friday.
Life will hopefully return to some sort of normality then, until possibly November if we can squeeze a long weekend in as well.

Tonight DGS Ben texted to say that the music tape his group sent to Radio One have been sent a message to say they may give it a play at some point Their group is called 151. Its just him and a couple of buddies from Uni.they recorded it in their spare time

He will be home this Friday night as well, and I think his girl friend Candice is coming for the weekend as well,DD's not too happy about it as she really didn't want visitors when she is just back from her own holidays ,but I'm sure they will squeeze her in, she will just have to take them as she finds them.

Right time to get on with my book club Jo Nesbo book, I'm quite enjoying it and will read more of his if I get a chance.

    <<hugs>>to those in need
