Hello,
I’m post DRO - ended beginning of August.
Does this look correct for how my report should look?
LENDERTsb Current Account
BALANCE£ 3,670
UPDATED31/05/2018
STATUSDefault
Account type
Current Account
Account number
**************xxxx x
Account start date
01/03/2012
Repayment frequency
Monthly
Date of default
05/03/2015
Default balance
£ 3,670
It shows “account has defaulted” every month since 2015.
Thanks,
Matilda

Have a look at the DebtCamel article below for guidance:
https://debtcamel.co.uk/repair-credit-record-dro/
As far as I am aware, the default date should be the date that the DRO started. And I think they should be marked as partially satisfied or settled. I could be wrong though....I work within the voluntary sector, supporting vulnerable people to rebuild their lives.
I love my job0 -
I’ve used that same link from debtcamel, but I can’t see where it shows in my credit report that the account is “partially settled”
I’m wondering if it’s incorrect?
Thanks0 -
Yes the default marker will apply and is valid from the date it was first applied to the account0
-
Thanks Gary, so where should it show “partially satisfied”, please?0
-
It should show as 'partially satisfied' or 'partially settled' in the STATUS field. I think the default date should be underneath and the same as the date your DRO started (05/03/2015).I work within the voluntary sector, supporting vulnerable people to rebuild their lives.

Are you getting this from the MSE Credit Club?
What do other CRA's show?0 -
MSE credit club?
I’m using Noddle - just spoke to one creditor on my report and they confirmed that they haven’t corrected my report yet but would do shortly. (I had to provide them evidence of DRO being over) - I’m still writing to their data controller)
So when I hover over the current month (and any month since DRO) it should say “partially settled? At the minute it just says “default”
Sorry... I just wanna understand how it should look, so that it’s sorted once and for all.0 -
Hi Matilda
If the 12 month DRO moratorium only came to an end in August it is unlikely your credit file will have been updated with the new information yet. This could take up to 6 weeks so I would give it a little more time.
In terms of what it should show, the default the creditor registered on 05/03/15 will remain for 6 years from this date. After 6 years the date and the default will be removed. The balance of the debt should be updated as zero and the creditor may show the debt is partially satisfied.
Best wishes
Susie

Just looked at the report again and see where it currently shows “status: default”
Which I guess is where it should say “status: partially settled”
I’ll send them all letters and see what happens0
